By visiting our website, creating an account, registering for a program, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

5.  ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

You agree to provide complete and accurate information when registering, including your legal or registered name, email address, telephone number, and payment information.

Certain sessions and resources require you to sign in using the same name and email address used during registration. Access may be denied when the information provided does not match our registration records.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

6.  PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed before purchase and are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You authorize Gone Fishing Trader and its payment-processing providers to charge the payment method you select.

You are responsible for reviewing the program description, dates, schedule, eligibility requirements, and included services before completing your purchase.


7.  REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Options Trading Intensive purchases are nonrefundable.
 

Gone Fishing Trader Accelerator purchases and payments are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
 

Memberships and subscription plans may be canceled according to the cancellation instructions displayed at checkout or within the member’s account. Canceling a membership prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

Private tutoring and other services may have separate rescheduling, cancellation, or refund conditions displayed on the applicable booking or checkout page. Those product-specific conditions are incorporated into these Terms.
 

Failure to attend a scheduled class, session, Intensive, appointment, or event does not automatically qualify the purchaser for a refund, credit, recording, or transfer.
 

8.  PROGRAM CHANGES

Gone Fishing Trader may make reasonable changes to instructors, schedules, delivery methods, lesson topics, materials, or program features when necessary.
 

If Gone Fishing Trader cancels a paid program entirely and does not provide a reasonable replacement date or comparable service, we may issue a credit, transfer, or refund at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
 

9.  MEMBERSHIPS AND RECURRING BILLING

If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable membership fee to be charged automatically at the stated billing interval until canceled.
 

You may cancel through your website account or by contacting Support@gonefishingtrader.com. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date to avoid the next recurring charge.
 

Benefits, resources, community access, and other membership features may end when the paid membership period expires.
 

10. PERSONAL AND LIMITED ACCESS

Purchases, accounts, class links, member resources, promotional codes, and session access are intended only for the registered purchaser unless we expressly state otherwise.
 

You may not share, sell, publish, distribute, reproduce, record, livestream, copy, or provide another person access to our classes, videos, workbooks, downloadable resources, account credentials, or protected website areas without written permission.
 

Unauthorized access or distribution may result in immediate removal without a refund and may subject the responsible party to legal action.
 

11.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Gone Fishing Trader name, logos, course names, videos, presentations, workbooks, graphics, checklists, educational methods, website content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Gone Fishing Trader and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a service gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the included materials for your own education. It does not transfer ownership or grant commercial, reproduction, resale, teaching, or distribution rights.
 

12.  ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Disrupt classes, communities, livestreams, or other services
• Harass instructors, students, customers, or staff
• Share another person’s private information
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content
• Attempt to bypass access controls or website security
• Impersonate another person or provide false registration information
• Use our materials to create or sell competing products without permission
• Record or distribute sessions without written authorization

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or interferes with the safety, operation, or integrity of our services.
 

13.  TESTIMONIALS AND USER SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, success story, comment, or other content, you represent that the submission is truthful and that you have the right to provide it.

Gone Fishing Trader will obtain any additional permission required before using a customer’s name, image, likeness, or testimonial in public advertising when such permission is legally required.
 

14.  TEXT MESSAGE TERMS

When you actively opt in, Gone Fishing Trader may send recurring text messages that include registration confirmations, access instructions, reminders, educational updates, community announcements, customer-service communications, and occasional promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for assistance or contact [BUSINESS EMAIL]. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gone Fishing Trader and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, account losses, data loss, indirect damages, consequential damages, or decisions made based on educational content.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability arising from a particular paid service will not exceed the amount you paid Gone Fishing Trader for that specific service during the six months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
 

20.INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gone Fishing Trader and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, infringement of another person’s rights, or unlawful conduct.
